Join Bedford resident and healing artist Beth Ricciardone for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath in the Garden. Set amongst the beauty of our lush organic garden, this immersive experience will guide you through a serene journey of sound and stillness, featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, flutes, chimes, and gentle gong vibrations.

Allow yourself to ground in nature, quiet the mind, and restore harmony to your body, mind, and soul. Sound Bath in the Garden starts at 6:30 PM on our peaceful garden lawn.

Tickets are $45. Please come comfortable and bring a mat, pillow, blanket, or shawl. Small-batch tea will be served at the events close. To keep the quality of our events high, tickets are non-refundable except in the event of rain.

Beth Ricciardone is a Healing Artist who creates multi-sensory experiences for somatic and spiritual well-being. A certified trauma-informed practitioner based in Bedford, NY, she works with clients both virtually and locally, integrating sound healing, cacao, hypnosis, ritual, and ceremonial haircuts into her practice. Rooted in sacred traditions, Beth honors her Italian lineage and her deep connection to the Tz’utujil People of Guatemala.
