Held: A communal space for honoring grief

led by Beth Ricciardone + Orlando Villarraga

October 4th 6-8pm

Held is a sacred circle, a collaborative container supported by cacao + sound to honor both joy and grief as it ungulates and flows throughout the seasons.

Relating to and honoring the adaptations of how grief + joy vacillates in our being.

Honoring grief as it organically unfolds, in its own natural way. Creating an environment for grief to be and also balancing our emotions with acknowledging our own joy and gratitude for this life.

hosted by Reforesters in Brooklyn NY
